Illinois Supreme Court Draft Form for Public Comment
Appellant Brief Suite
The Illinois Supreme Court’s Commission on Access to Justice is pleased to announce that the Appellant’s Brief form suite is now available for public comment. The draft forms can be found here:http://www.illinoiscourts.gov/Forms/drafts/default.asp. The public comment period will be open for 45 days. After that time, the Commission will review any feedback or suggestions received and make any necessary revisions.
