Filing of Original Wills
Effective Monday, March 29th 2021, all original wills must be filed in person or mailed to our office at the main Courthouse, located at 100 W. Jefferson Street. They are no long to be accepted at the River Valley Justice Center or the Will County Court Annex building. This will ensure that the wills are processed and scanned into our case management system in a timely fashion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
