Circuit Clerk Website Enhancements

We are currently making changes to our website to enhance customer service and access to e-filing.  A new e-Filing Help page has been added to our website to help answer questions court filers may have.

We have also added a new Live Chat feature to our website.  This can be accessed on PCs and mobile devices and gives visitors another option to interact with our office for any questions and comments they have.

Finally, we have added a new customer service e-mail address specific for e-filing inquiries.  It can be reached on the bottom of every page on our website, or directly at efilehelp@willcountyillinois.com.
